TPR finger ring:

The finger ring of this 3.5 Inch manicure scissor is made of TPR (full name: thermos-plastic-rubber). As the name suggested, this is a material that has the feature of rubber, which feels soft when the skin touched it. The size of this TPR ring creates extra-large touching surface, it is steadier when fingers holding the scissor, which provides more precise cutting, preventing shaking or falling.
